Outward journey

Between the pickup and the arrival at your destination there will be ample time for possible unforeseen delays. Nevertheless we hope that you will be ready to leave at the agreed point of time. You will be picked up at home, at the address previously agreed upon during the booking.

Return journey

After the receipt of the luggage and the completion of the custom formalities you will arrive in the entrance hall of the airport. Depending on the airport your driver shall await you at the meeting point previously agreed upon with a sign of Taxi Stefaan or a sign of the company, which you have been invited to. In case of any problems with the luggage or the customs we would like to ask you to contact our services immediately, so that we can inform the driver about this delay.

If your planning would change after having booked the transportation, you should always inform our services so that we can organise new transportation in time without causing any unnecessary delays. Delays caused by the customer can be charged in some cases.
